The Role
Weβre looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to design and execute campaigns that bring in real results β leads, conversions, and scale.
This is not a "manage the agency" or "set the high-level strategy" kind of role. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves and run the campaigns yourself job.
Youβll take ownership of performance across multiple paid channels, building campaigns from the ground up β writing copy, selecting creative, setting targeting, launching A/B tests, tweaking budgets, and iterating daily based on real-time performance.
You'll love this role if you're a practitioner who thrives on making things happen, moving fast, and learning through action β not endless meetings.
What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Plan, build, and run full-funnel digital ad campaigns from scratch β no middlemen, no outsourcing.
β’ Launch and optimise paid campaigns across:
o Meta (Facebook & Instagram) β hands-on experience essential.
o Google Ads (Search/PPC) β hands-on experience essential.
o Bing Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat β highly desirable.
β’ Write ad copy, choose creative, build basic ad visuals (if needed), and experiment with different messaging angles.
β’ Create and optimise landing pages and funnels to drive conversions (you wonβt be coding, but youβll know what works).
β’ Run email marketing campaigns using HubSpot (or similar).
β’ Analyse data daily to measure whatβs working, whatβs not, and where to double down.
β’ Run A/B tests, tweak audiences and placements, and constantly push for better performance.
β’ Spot new opportunities for growth β new audiences, new platforms, new creative directions.
β’ Work directly with founders and legal teams to align marketing with claim categories and business priorities.
What Youβll Bring
β’ Real, hands-on campaign experience across Meta and Google Ads β this is non-negotiable.
β’ A strong grasp of performance marketing principles β CTR, CPL, ROAS, CAC β and how to move those numbers in the right direction.
β’ Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid channels is a big plus.
β’ Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRMs and email platforms.
β’ A sharp eye for ad creative and messaging β you don't need to be a designer, but you know what converts.
β’ Data-first mindset β you test, measure, learn, and repeat.
β’ A proactive, resourceful, entrepreneurial approach. You get things done.

β’ Sitting in meetings all day talking about strategy.
β’ Managing agencies or layers of freelancers to do the work for you.
