We are looking for a Meta Business & Google Ads Specialist to join our team!
Pay Range: $30 - $35 /hr
Starting: Part-Time
Summary:
• Manage marketing campaigns with sales activities and CRM
Responsibilities:
• Facebook Meta Business Suite: Run Campaigns, A/B Tests, Analytics Reporting, Optimization
• Google Ads: Run Ad Spots, Banners, Analytics Reporting, Optimization
• Cooperate with website developer to ensure event tracking and contact capture from marketing
• Integrate marketing systems with our CRM, GoHighLevel, and our social media accounts
• Reflect company growth over time with explicit metrics on campaign performance
• Analyzing KPI's and making adjustments where necessary.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or other related fields (2+ years)
• Familiarity with online platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, CRM integrations, Canva)
• Proficient in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Creative mindset and familiarity with all social media platforms.
• Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills.
• Work autonomously.
