We are seeking an experienced and driven Email & SMS Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading the strategy and execution of our email and SMS marketing programs to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive the strategy and implementation of email and SMS program initiatives.
● Manage the daily operations and maintenance of email and SMS programs, including segmentation, campaign builds, scheduling, activation, and reporting.
● Optimize automations and campaigns to increase engagement through content personalization, dynamic product recommendations, and geo-localization.
● Develop and execute A/B test plans for subject lines, content, segmentation, and frequency to continually optimize performance.
● Create and manage the brief process with the Digital Team, including collaborating with the Copywriter and Designer.
● Monitor key email marketing metrics and provide ongoing analysis of campaign performance.
● Deliver regular reporting and insights on program performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
● At least 3 years of experience in email and SMS marketing.
● Proficient in Shopify Tech Stack, including Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Attentive (or a similar SMS platform).
● Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to recognize trends.
● Excellent pattern recognition, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
● Ability to organize, prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
