Role description
We are working with a highly respected, well-established restaurant group based in London renowned for its exceptional guest experiences. As the brand expands its digital presence, weβre supporting them in hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Exec or Digital Marketing Manager to help drive engagement, bookings, and online sales across key platforms.

Youβll take ownership of content, campaign delivery, and platform updates across ecommerce, delivery and booking systems, ensuring every guest interaction is beautifully executed, on-brand, and contributes to growth.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage website updates and ecommerce content using CMS tools and platforms
β’ Maintain digital menus, product listings, and campaign content across all key guest-facing platforms
β’ Own the content calendar, coordinating closely with brand and creative teams to keep all digital touchpoints fresh, relevant and engaging
β’ Support the rollout of new features and platform improvements
β’ Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across ecommerce, delivery, and brand channels
β’ Brief creatives, manage assets, and oversee timelines to ensure flawless campaign execution
β’ Liaise with external partners (including delivery platforms) to align content, product setup, and marketing activations
β’ Ensure all guest-facing content is accurate, visually appealing, and reflects the brandβs tone and personality
β’ Use tools to identify performance issues and opportunities across digital journeys
β’ Contribute to conversion rate optimisation), UX enhancements and journey improvements
β’ Help maintain and improve local search and discovery content, ensuring accuracy across directories and listings

About you:

β’ Comfortable working with tools like Shopify, CMS platforms and booking systems
β’ Strong attention to detail and a natural flair for brand storytelling through content and campaigns
β’ Confident using GA4, Hotjar, or similar tools to analyse and improve performance
β’ Able to manage briefs and timelines while juggling multiple projects with ease
β’ Hands-on with tools like Canva or Figma, capable of creating simple, on-brand digital assets
β’ Curious, collaborative, and excited by how tech and automation can enhance guest experience and workflow
