Digital Marketing Manager | FMCG London (3 days office) £55,000 We’re partnering with a leading global brand in search of a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to take their social-first activations to the next level. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine data, creativity, and strategy to strengthen brand influence and deliver measurable growth in one of their most important categories. You will need to have experience with social activations and end-to-end campaign measurements. About the role • Analyse and enhance performance across the brand’s owned social channels. • Lead post-campaign reviews, turning results into actionable insights and global best practices. • Introduce and manage automated, prescriptive insights to optimise always-on activity. • Collaborate with analytics teams to define the most effective media mix and content strategies for maximum ROI. • Build influence within priority social communities and create precise targeting frameworks to reinforce brand leadership. • Partner with teams across global markets to share learnings and amplify the impact of campaigns. About you • Strong track record in social media marketing, digital analytics, and eCommerce, backed by proven results. • Proficiency with insights platforms, media ROI evaluation, and eCommerce performance strategies. • Experience driving large-scale, cross-market initiatives and working collaboratively with diverse teams. • Familiarity with AI-based insights and automation tools is an advantage. • Advanced skills in data interpretation, strategic planning, and optimising media investment.
