The role: We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing across multiple global brands during an exciting period of brand evolution and digital transformation. What you’ll do: • Develop and execute data-led digital marketing strategies • Manage integrated campaigns across SEO, PPC, social, email, and content. • Oversee performance and optimisation of three websites (B2B and e-commerce) • Lead on a major website replatforming project • Manage CRM and email campaigns to nurture and engage audiences • Work with external agencies and manage digital marketing budgets • Use analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Google Ads) to drive insights and performance • Line manage a Digital Marketing Executive What we’re looking for: • Extensive experience in a marketing role with a strong digital focus • Proven success across key digital channels and campaign management • Experience managing websites, CMS platforms, and improving UX/CRO • Strong skills in analytics, reporting, and performance optimisation • Confident communicator with agency and stakeholder management experience • Team leadership or people management experience Desirable: Experience in travel, hospitality, or service industries.
