Role description
The Digital Marketing Manager would report directly to the Senior Vice President- Marketing and be responsible for the successful use of digital tools including the company webpage, search engine optimization, identifying potential customers and opportunities through databases, email campaigns, social media, and electronic forms. They would also be responsible for measuring and reporting the performance of all campaigns.
Essential Functions:
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Work Experience
• 7-9 years of Professional Experience with proven working experience in digital marketing preferred. Graphic Design experience a plus, software proficiency a plus, experience with customer experience journey a plus.
