We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the organisation’s online marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, analysing data to drive performance, and optimising our online presence across various channels to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities β€’ Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media. β€’ Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to meet business objectives. β€’ Oversee the company’s website, ensuring optimal user experience, content updates, and SEO best practices. β€’ Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM platforms. β€’ Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure ROI-driven optimisation. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on creative development, content planning, and campaign execution. β€’ Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. β€’ Ensure brand consistency and adherence to compliance standards across all digital platforms. Key Requirements β€’ Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a similar digital marketing role. β€’ Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. β€’ Experience with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress), CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms. β€’ Excellent analytical skills with a data-led approach to decision-making. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
