About the Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will own and execute the digital strategy across paid media, PPC & SEO, CRM/email, website management, and social media analytics. This is a hands-on and strategic role where you will work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are data-driven, conversion-focused, and aligned with the brandโs vision.
Youโll be instrumental in testing, optimising, and scaling campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms, while continuously improving email marketing flows, website UX, and social performance.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing:
Partner with media agencies to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Track and report on key metrics including ROI, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Implement test-and-learn frameworks to refine creative, targeting, and messaging.
CRM & Email Marketing:
Build and manage segmented email campaigns using Klaviyo.
Continuously optimise automations and lifecycle flows to boost engagement and retention.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and creative to drive higher open and click-through rates.
Website Management:
Oversee website content, offers, and promotions to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align with campaigns and seasonal launches.
Work with developers to resolve issues, improve UX/UI, and enhance SEO performance.
Social Media Measurement:
Analyse performance data across all social platforms, reporting on reach, engagement, sentiment, and conversions.
Use insights to inform content strategy and campaign optimisation.
E-Commerce & Marketplace Support:
Collaborate with marketplace and e-commerce partners to optimise product listings, storefront content, and advertising assets.
Monitor campaign performance and implement data-led recommendations to grow sales.
TikTok Shop Growth:
Manage and optimise TikTok Shop product pages and campaigns, ensuring they are discoverable, engaging, and conversion-led.
Use platform analytics to identify trends and maximise ROI across paid and organic activity.
Candidate Profile
Weโre looking for someone who brings:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion, or e-commerce.
Proven expertise in paid media, performance marketing, SEO, CRM/email, and social analytics.
Experience managing external agencies and internal stakeholders.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
