Role Purpose
We are looking for a visionary Digital Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact strategies that drive measurable sales, conversions, and brand growth for Al Ahli Holding Groupβs diverse portfolio, including retail, entertainment, and events. This is a hands-on leadership role for an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking professional who thrives on building from scratch, crafting compelling brand stories, and delivering rapid results across omni-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Rapid Strategy & Roadmap Development
β’ Within the first 30 days, deliver a clear, data-backed digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.
β’ Identify immediate opportunities to boost sales, conversions, and customer acquisition.
β’ Recommend omni-channel strategies, prioritising digital-first initiatives and selective integration of traditional marketing where justified.
1. Campaign Creation & Storytelling
β’ Lead development of content-rich campaigns that emotionally connect with audiences and bring brand stories to life.
β’ Adapt messaging for diverse business units β from Outlet Mall retail to Comicave collectibles to large-scale events.
β’ Ensure creative concepts are consistent, innovative, and performance-focused.
1. Performance Marketing & Acquisition
β’ Oversee paid and organic digital channels, including search, social, display, influencer partnerships, and emerging platforms.
β’ Go beyond baseline skills (SEO, PPC) to leverage forward-looking technologies and trends.
β’ Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure campaigns support commercial priorities.
1. Analytics, Optimization & ROI
β’ Set clear KPIs from day one and track progress via performance dashboards.
β’ Optimize campaigns in real time to maximize ROI and audience engagement.
β’ Report actionable insights to the CEO at 30-day and 60-day milestones.
1. Collaboration & Resource Management
β’ Manage relationships with agencies and creative partners for accountability and results.
β’ Build internal marketing capability over time, based on growth and ROI.
β’ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns serve both immediate and long-term business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
β’ 6β10 years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably in fashion, retail, consumer goods, or entertainment.
β’ Proven track record of delivering measurable results under tight timeframes.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if achievements are strong).
β’ Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn brand values into compelling campaigns.
β’ Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics β with a forward-looking approach.
