Role description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager – Performance to lead customer acquisition and engagement initiatives through digital and performance marketing. This role will be key in driving impactful, data-driven campaigns and enhancing product visibility across digital channels. Key Responsibilities • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across internal and external channels. • Manage the site merchandising calendar and campaign assets. • Analyze campaign performance, recommend improvements, and track KPIs. • Drive acquisition and engagement through budget management, A/B testing, email, and SMS campaigns. • Oversee campaign asset delivery, timelines, and optimize content performance. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies. • Support launch events, promotional activities, and provide regular performance reporting. Required Experience • 6–8 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition marketing, preferably in financial services or fintech. • Proven track record in digital and performance marketing with strong analytical and data interpretation skills. • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. • Familiarity with UAE financial services and regulatory landscape. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. • Digital campaign management (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.). • CRM and outbound marketing (email/SMS platforms). • A/B testing and performance analytics. • Basic graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop). • Strong communication and project management skills.
