Digital Marketing Manager – 9-month FTC Do you have significant hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy and delivery, with a strong emphasis on website launches and optimisation? If so, this may be a perfect role for you! The role: Our client, a global professional membership body, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a key role in the successful launch and optimisation of the organisation’s new digital platforms. Acting as a bridge between marketing, content, and technology, you'll help ensure the new websites deliver outstanding user experiences and align with strategic goals. Working closely with the digital project team, marketing, content, and product colleagues, as well as a digital marketing agency and web developer, you’ll support all three project phases: pre-launch, launch, and post-launch. You’ll ensure the websites take full advantage of the new CMS functionality, provide intuitive user journeys that drive goal completion, and feature optimised, engaging content - all contributing to high-performing, user-focused websites launched on schedule. Key facts: • Contract: 9-month fixed-term contract (PAYE), full-time • Salary: £60,000 (FTE) + benefits • Location: Hybrid – mostly, home-based blended with working from offices in central London (1-2 days a week) • Notice: ideally available to start mid-September Candidate’s profile: • Extensive hands-on experience leading digital marketing initiatives, particularly around launching and optimising websites. • A solid track record of executing multi-channel digital campaigns, including email, social media (both paid and organic), digital advertising, and PPC. • Confident in using Google Analytics for tracking, analysing, and reporting on digital performance. • Skilled in developing and implementing effective SEO and SEM strategies to enhance both organic reach and paid search results. • A strong grasp of content marketing, with the ability to shape and execute campaigns that make the most of engaging and targeted content. • Proven success in managing complex website and marketing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. • Experienced in developing data-driven strategies, leveraging CRM tools and email platforms to extract insights and enhance marketing effectiveness.
