Role description
Blair West are supporting Flooring Superstore to find a Digital Marketing Manager. This role has been created to drive performance marketing activity across multiple digital channels, with responsibility for delivering measurable growth through data-led campaigns. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a key appointment within the marketing function. The opportunity: • Manage performance marketing campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, SEO, and other channels. • Develop and execute campaigns to acquire, convert, and retain customers while meeting defined KPIs. • Monitor and optimise ROI across key digital channels to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. • Analyse channel performance and report on campaign results, providing recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with content, creative, and commercial teams to align messaging and campaigns. • Oversee agency relationships to ensure delivery of performance targets. • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring spend is allocated effectively and results are achieved. • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing opportunities. You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have: • Experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliates. • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and optimising performance. • Track record of achieving measurable growth across acquisition and retention. • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI. • Familiarity with performance marketing platforms, analytics tools, and attribution models. • Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders. • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices. • Organised, proactive, and commercially focused approach to work.
