We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in multi brand management. This role is responsible for executing integrated digital campaigns across paid and owned channels, with a focus on content strategy, brand storytelling, and customer journey optimization. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Own and evolve the digital marketing strategy across web, email, and social platforms to align with brand and business goals. β€’ Lead campaign planning and execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more. β€’ Oversee content development for blogs, landing pages, email, and social mediaβ€”ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity. β€’ Manage SEO initiatives and optimize content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush. β€’ Guide the creation of monthly content calendars and digital assets in collaboration with creative and content teams. β€’ Support franchisees with digital marketing training and resources to drive local engagement. β€’ Maintain and improve internal processes for onboarding, store lifecycle management, and community engagement. β€’ Manage vendor relationships and lead testing strategies to improve campaign performance and conversion. What You Bring: β€’ Proven experience leading digital marketing efforts for large-scale brands. β€’ Strong grasp of content strategy, analytics, and performance marketing. β€’ Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments. β€’ Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, tools, and best practices.
