Digital Marketing Manager – UK & EU - Global Beauty Company
£55,000 – £60,000 + Benefits
Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home
Locations: Slough or Weybridge
We’re working with a global business in the beauty, personal care and cosmetics sector to find a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and digital growth across the UK and European markets.
This role will see you take ownership of integrated, multi-channel campaigns – combining Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, Paid Social, Retargeting, and emerging platforms – to deliver measurable results. You’ll manage significant multi million pound marketing budgets, ensuring spend is strategically allocated for maximum ROI.
You’ll collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, and Insights teams, manage agencies, and lead a small in-house team. Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple European markets or international audiences will be a strong advantage.
Role
• Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across UK & EU markets to drive acquisition, traffic, and revenue.
• Take full ownership of budget management, ensuring spend is optimised for performance and ROI.
• Manage agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Optimise PPC, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, and Retargeting channels.
• Identify, test, and launch new marketing channels.
• Develop cross-channel acquisition strategies in collaboration with CRM, eCommerce, and Insights teams.
• Use analytics to improve conversion rates, customer quality, and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a high-performance culture.
What we’re looking for
• Proven track record delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns in retail or B2B environments.
• Strong budget management experience – from planning and forecasting to tracking and optimisation.
• Hands-on expertise in PPC, Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates and Paid Social.
• European or international digital marketing experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience managing agencies and multi-channel stakeholders.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills (Google Analytics essential).
• Commercially minded and ROI-focused.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• People management experience.
