Role description
This independent British brand has built a reputation for excellence over five decades, crafting bespoke jewellery and partnering with some of the world’s most prestigious watchmakers. With showrooms across the North West and London, the business blends heritage craftsmanship with modern retail innovation, offering a truly exceptional customer experience.
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital function and shape the future of our online presence. You’ll have the autonomy to build out the digital team, manage third-party suppliers, and take ownership of the digital strategy across performance marketing, ecommerce, and customer engagement.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and wants to make a meaningful difference. Depending on experience, there’s scope for this to be a Senior Digital Marketing Manager position.
What You’ll Be Doing…
• You’ll work closely with CRM, Social Media, and Ecommerce colleagues to deliver integrated campaigns and drive growth across all digital channels. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing the digital strategy across SEO, PPC, paid social, display, and content
• Managing paid media campaigns and embracing automation to improve performance
• Enhancing website UX and optimising content for discoverability and conversion
• Leading on analytics, reporting, and CRO to meet traffic, ROAS, and CPA targets
• Collaborating with Salesforce and CRM teams to personalise customer journeys
• Driving engagement and retention through targeted email and CRM activity
• Partnering with luxury brands on digital product launches and omni-channel campaigns
What We’re Looking For…
• We’re after a commercially minded digital marketer with at least 4 years’ experience and a proven track record of delivering results. You’ll bring:
• Strong hands-on experience across PPC, SEO, paid social, and email marketing
• Confidence using Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO tools (Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• A data-driven mindset with excellent reporting and Excel skills
• A collaborative approach and confidence working with internal teams and brand partners
• A genuine interest in digital innovation and luxury retail
• Experience with Salesforce, WordPress, Mailchimp, or Google Tag Manager
• A passion for luxury retail and crafting standout customer experiences
