Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Waterloo, London (Hybrid – 2 days in office, Thursdays fixed)
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 DOE
This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team across CRM and digital performance marketing in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You’ll take ownership of uniting customer communications and digital acquisition, ensuring our campaigns deliver impact across all channels.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Digital, you’ll oversee two key areas:
• CRM: Lead a CRM Manager and CRM Executive to optimise lifecycle communications and customer engagement.
• Digital Marketing: Manage a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media & Content Manager, and Content Executive, ensuring performance channels deliver measurable results.
While you’ll be strategic, you’ll also get hands-on in paid media . A major focus will be aligning CRM and digital strategies, orchestrating cross-channel activity, and sharpening digital marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver a unified CRM and performance marketing strategy.
• Oversee paid media strategy and execution, maximising the use of 3rd party data.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team across CRM, digital, and content.
• Lead the evolution of the martech stack (currently SFMC and Tealium, with changes expected).
• Ensure alignment between customer communications and digital acquisition efforts.
About You:
• Strong background in both CRM and performance marketing.
• Ideally coming from a retail background
• Data-driven, with experience developing effective marketing strategies.
• Proven people management skills (team leadership of at least 1–2 direct reports).
• Experience with paid channels and working with media agencies.
• Sector background flexible – retail or other fast-paced environments preferred.
