Position Summary The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for helping to develop and execute digital strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role collaborates on the strategic direction and leads management of digital channels including web development, SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager analyzes marketing campaign performance, optimizes user experience, and collaborates with internal teams to align initiatives with overall business goals. Key Responsibilities β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to align digital strategies with go-to-market plans and sales enablement efforts β€’ Execute the digital marketing strategy across all channels to support brand visibility, pipeline generation, and customer engagement goals β€’ Manage the corporate websites including SEO, SEM and across the board optimization to help us provide a better experience for key audiences and enhance their interactions with appropriate products and lines of business β€’ Monitor reporting including the definition of KPIs and reporting and analytics across platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, social media, Yotpo), providing actionable insights to improve ROI and optimize customer journeys. β€’ Manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns with digital media agency including planning, execution, budget oversight, and conversion tracking β€’ Identify growth opportunities through audience segmentation, A/B testing, keyword analysis, and competitive research β€’ Benchmark against competitors and stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously evolve the company’s digital presence Education & Experience β€’ Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience. β€’ 5+ years proven experience in collaborating and executing digital marketing strategies β€’ Proficiency in managing various digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM) β€’ Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization β€’ Experience in the CPG industry is preferred Key Success Factors β€’ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills β€’ Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies β€’ Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools β€’ Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research β€’ Project management skills β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
