Inspired by men’s tailoring, British heritage and timeless style, WNU was started in London in 2017 out of the need for shirts that were perfectly adjusted for women, sustainably sourced and stood the test of time. WNU is all about simplicity - paired back, laid back, timeless, effortless. WNU fulfils the under exploited territory of female shirting, in an accessible, easy to shop manner, at an affordable price for a luxury item, using the highest quality sustainable materials.
The Opportunity
You'll own our paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok, managing a multi-milltion pound annual budget to drive growth targets while maintaining our brand's distinctive voice.
This is a hands-on role where you'll shape the implementation and strategy. You'll work closely with our creative, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to ensure every campaign captures our brand while delivering exceptional performance.
What You'll Do
Drive Multi-Channel Performance
• Manage daily operations across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and launch our TikTok paid channel
• Scale campaigns while maintaining CPA and profitability targets
1. Develop platform-specific strategies that leverage each channel's unique strengths
• Work with the wider marketing and digital team to utilise paid as part of a full funnel strategy.
Lead Creative Testing & Optimization
• Design and execute systematic creative testing frameworks, analyzing what resonates with our customers
• Partner with our creative team to develop content that drives both engagement and conversion
• Ensure creative freshness with weekly testing cadences
Manage Influencer Partnerships & Whitelisting
• Track and optimize paid influencer campaigns across all platforms
• Manage whitelisting agreements to amplify high-performing creator content
• Build relationships with fashion influencers aligned with our brand values
• Analyze influencer campaign performance against traditional paid media
Drive Data-Informed Decisions
• Conduct keyword research and optimization search terms and seasonal trends
• Present weekly insights to leadership with an actionable plan
• Use attribution modeling to understand the true customer journey across channels
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
• 3-5 years experience, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Proven expertise managing Meta and Google Ads with £3million+ annual budgets
• Track record of achieving and exceeding ROAS targets in e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into compelling narratives
• Experience with creative testing methodologies and campaign optimization
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with international markets and their opportunities & limitations
Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Meta Business Manager and Google Ads platform
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and attribution tools such as Triple Whale
• Understanding of iOS 14.5+ tracking limitations and server-side tracking
Bonus Points For
• TikTok Ads Manager expertise and proven success on the platform
• Email marketing platform experience (Klaviyo preferred)
• Pinterest advertising experience
• SQL skills or advanced data analysis capabilities
