Role description
• • Digital Marketing Manager – Global Luxury Brand – Ascot (Flexible working) • • We are currently recruiting for a global leading luxury health, hair and beauty business, whose brands you would instantly recognise through TV, Radio and advertising. As a company they have over 100 stores across the UK, have over 3,000 SKU’s and have been established for over 60 years. This is an exciting role where they would be looking for someone to take ownership in driving and building digital growth within this part of the business. Role: You will be responsible for - • Accountable for maximising traffic to all core websites in the UK and Europe. • Manage the performance of paid digital channels, including search, affiliates, social and targeting/retargeting. • Manage budget and external agencies to deliver plans and optimise performance. • Maximise the use of paid social campaigns to help drive key product and brand messages and engage customers to shop. • Engaging, hiring, developing and retaining talent within a positive environment. • Working alongside other stakeholders, contribute to the strategy and drive delivery of the plan to achieve the annual target for acquiring new customers. • Manage 2 direct reports. Candidate: The ideal candidate will - • Experience of managing digital marketing, including paid search, affiliates and other channels. • Experience running SEO / PPC campaigns – with demonstratable results • Ideally someone who has experience working with international markets as well as the UK • Someone who is a bit of an all-rounder and has had exposure to PPC, SEO, affiliate, paid search, etc • Experience managing multiple partner agencies and negotiating new partnerships • Experience of managing people • Budgetary control • Strong analytical skills; able to analyse data to inform actions and decisions.
