Role description
We’re Entertainers Tickets - the primary ticketing arm of Entertainers, one of the UK’s biggest live event promoters and producers. Entertainers has been packing out venues across the UK and worldwide for over 40 years. Entertainers Tickets is the newest chapter in that story - and in just 12 months, we’ve grown to sell tickets for over 1,750 shows a year at 400+ venues nationwide. Now we need a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital growth -making the very best use of our data stack, creating high-performing campaigns, and ultimately… selling tickets. You won’t be starting from scratch - you’ll lead a growing digital marketing function that already includes two Digital Marketing Executives, plus the support of our in-house design team and campaign management team. The role This is a hands-on, commercial role. You’ll plan, run, and optimise campaigns across paid social, PPC, email, and CRM, using insights to target the right audiences, at the right time, with the right message. You’ll drive awareness, clicks, and most importantly, sales. What you’ll do • Lead and mentor two Digital Marketing Executives • Build and deliver a growth-focused digital marketing strategy • Own and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) • Manage PPC campaigns with a focus on strong ROAS • Create and run targeted email and CRM campaigns to drive repeat bookings • Use our data to uncover new audiences and maximise conversions • Report on results and continually test and improve performance • Spot and capitalise on emerging trends and digital opportunities What you’ll bring • Proven track record of delivering online sales through paid media and PPC • Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms • A data-led approach with the ability to translate insight into action • Creative thinking matched with commercial focus • Comfortable working at pace in a high-volume, fast-moving business Why join us? • Lead the digital marketing for one of the UK’s most exciting new ticketing brands • Be part of a company with 40 years of live entertainment success worldwide • Work alongside two Digital Marketing Executives, plus in-house design and campaign management teams
