To support global ambitions and regional needs, a Senior Digital Lead is needed to drive Europe's Digital Marketing digital agenda. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and innovation and is responsible for defining, aligning, and overseeing the delivery of an end-to-end Digital Marketing Strategy, encompassing both Business-as-Usual and Transformational objectives. The role will shape the future digital landscape to deliver maximum impact at scale. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Collaboration: β€’ Define and align the Digital Marketing Strategy alongside key business leaders from Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce, ensuring it supports overarching business objectives, in partnership with various centers of excellence and regional functions. β€’ Proactively identify challenges and opportunities to drive business value, leveraging digital solutions to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency. β€’ Serve as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Excellence teams, fostering cross-functional alignment on CRM campaigns, promotions, innovation launches, and shopper experiences. β€’ Cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation across local, regional, and third-party teams, driving engagement and ensuring successful project outcomes. β€’ Work closely with global and regional functions to integrate digital efforts into brand plans and go-to-market strategies. Expertise & Innovation: β€’ Act as the primary expert in Digital Marketing Solutions (MARTECH), providing deep functional expertise on platforms, technology, and industry insights, including MarTech integration and data flow understanding. β€’ Identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative ideas by leveraging internal best practices and external trends. β€’ Provide strategic guidance on adoption and change management, collaborating with the Regional Growth Team for seamless transitions. β€’ Bring thought leadership and external insights from the industry, focusing on areas like first-party data strategy and D2C experiences. Roadmap & Execution: β€’ Prioritize and align the Marketing Digital roadmap across regional and global teams, ensuring successful collaboration with the client’s Digital Delivery team for execution. Digital Operations & Optimization: β€’ Oversee the regional Marketing digital ecosystem, ensuring support, governance, and continuous improvement, with end-to-end responsibility for the MarTech portfolio. β€’ Simplify and optimize the digital solutions landscape to enhance adoption, aligning with the regional functional strategy and supporting global transformation agendas. β€’ Manage service escalations and lead crisis resolution to ensure minimal disruption and swift problem-solving.
