About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in SEO, PPC, and client account management.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in shaping digital strategies, managing campaigns, and delivering measurable results. You’ll work across a variety of clients, providing strategic advice, executing campaigns, and analysing performance to maximise ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Strategy
• Take ownership of multiple client accounts, acting as their trusted advisor for digital marketing.
• Build strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow and optimise accounts.
• Develop and deliver effective SEO, paid search, and paid social strategies tailored to client goals.
Campaign Execution
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Carry out keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Monitor and optimise performance metrics including CTR, CPA, impression share, and quality scores.
• Test and refine ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to drive campaign performance.
Technical & Analytical
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Configure and analyse Google Analytics, reporting insights and optimising spend based on performance data.
• Prepare detailed client reports across key metrics and KPIs.
• Stay up to date with industry developments in SEO, SEM, and paid media to continuously improve strategies.
Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance campaign creativity and performance.
• Contribute ideas to the wider business and support other functions where required.
About You:
• Minimum of 3 years’ agency experience delivering successful SEO and PPC projects.
• Skilled in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping, and social platforms.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Confident communicator with excellent client-handling skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify (Elementor knowledge a plus).
• Competent copywriter with excellent written English.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Personal Qualities:
• Commercially focused with strong numerical accuracy.
• Organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Self-motivated, eager to develop skills, and proactive in approach.
• Able to balance independent work with being a collaborative team player.
