Job Description – Digital Marketing Specialist Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Department: Marketing & E-Commerce Location: [SHJ, UAE] Reports To: Marketing Manager Budgeted Salary: AED 5000 to 7000 / month Role Purpose The Digital Marketing Team Leader will be responsible for driving the company’s online growth through paid advertising, SEO, and performance-driven digital campaigns. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and team leadership to deliver measurable results across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning β€’ Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. β€’ Plan and allocate budgets across channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to maximize ROI. β€’ Set clear KPIs and performance targets for the digital marketing team. Campaign Management β€’ Oversee PPC, retargeting, and paid social campaigns from setup to optimization. β€’ Manage SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical audits. β€’ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns and platforms. Performance & Analytics β€’ Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance . β€’ Consolidate marketing and e-commerce performance reports for management review. β€’ Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve ROI and reduce CAC. Email & CRM Marketing β€’ Manage email campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated workflows. β€’ Implement lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer retention. β€’ Coordinate with Creative, E-Commerce, and Content teams to ensure campaign alignment. Requirements : Experience in Web development is mandatory Immediate joiners preferred
