Weβre seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute automated campaigns across email and digital channels, driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. In this hands-on role, youβll manage audience segmentation, personalization, workflow optimization, campaign testing, and performance reporting, while collaborating across teams to ensure campaigns align with the customer journey. The ideal candidate has experience with marketing automation and digital campaigns, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative mindset.
This Digital Marketing Specialist role will be based at Hinkley company headquarters in Avon Lake, OH. This position is NOT A FULLY REMOTE ROLE, it will require at least 3-4 days in the office each week.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
β’ Design, build, and manage automated marketing campaigns across email and other digital channels to support customer acquisition and retention.
β’ Develop and maintain audience segmentation, dynamic content rules, and personalization strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
β’ Implement and optimize workflows, triggered messaging, and cross-channel integrations within the marketing automation platform (HubSpot).
β’ Design and execute campaign testing protocols, including A/B testing, to inform ongoing optimization.
β’ Track, tag, measure, and analyze campaign performance using marketing automation analytics, web analytics tools (GA4, Clarity), and CRM data.
β’ Create compelling performance reports and dashboards to share actionable insights with stakeholders, influencing strategy and guiding decision-making.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing automation strategies with the customer journey.
β’ Streamline processes for digital asset creation and approval to drive efficiency.
β’ Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research, on-page SEO best practices, and performance tracking to improve organic visibility and engagement.
β’ Support broader digital initiatives and website UX enhancements as needed.
β’ Stay informed on emerging trends in marketing automation, analytics, and digital marketing technologies to recommend process and tool enhancements.
β’ Perform other related duties as required to support the overall success of the team and the company.
Education and Work Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
β’ 5 years of experience working in digital marketing focused role.
β’ Demonstrated hands-on experience working with CRM platforms and CMS platforms.
β’ Certification in GA4 or related Google Analytics tools preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
β’ Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento), marketing automation, analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Clarity, Salsify), and SEO best practices.
β’ Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively and delivery results on time in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
