ComGroup is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas. Staff work a hybrid schedule with in-office hours on Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday. Role: Responsible for managing social media activities for both the agency and its clients, including editorial calendar planning, content creation, and publishing. This role involves writing and designing engaging content, video editing, and managing email newsletters. The specialist will collaborate with the Digital Team to execute web, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising campaigns. Additionally, this position requires managing and updating websites, tracking digital metrics, and providing strategic insights. The specialist will primarily work with B2B and Ag clients, requiring a self-starter who can work independently and figure things out proactively. Overview: The Digital Specialist is an associate-level position requiring a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience. The specialist will co-manage social media activities, create content, and execute various digital marketing campaigns. This role demands proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, and Shopify, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team. The specialist will measure and analyze digital and social metrics, compile reports, and contribute strategic insights to enhance marketing efforts. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and social media. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: β€’ Manage social media editorial calendar planning and publishing for both the agency and clients. This includes Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok. β€’ Write compelling and engaging social media copy that aligns with brand voice and marketing strategies. β€’ Utilize social media publishing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to schedule and publish content efficiently. β€’ Monitor and engage with social media audiences, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Content Creation: β€’ Write and publish blogs and social posts aligned with marketing strategies and brand voice. β€’ Design engaging graphics for social media, blogs, and newsletters using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. β€’ Edit podcasts and videos, ensuring high-quality production and alignment with brand standards. β€’ Create e-newsletters and manage email marketing campaigns, utilizing platforms like MailChimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot. β€’ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content is consistent and supports overall marketing objectives. β€’ Develop multimedia content, including infographics, short videos, and interactive posts to increase engagement. Digital Campaign Execution: β€’ Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. β€’ Manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other major social platforms. β€’ Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking within Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager. β€’ Measure and analyze performance metrics for digital campaigns. β€’ Compile regular reports with insights and optimization suggestions. Website Management: β€’ Create basic websites within HubSpot and/or WordPress. β€’ Update and maintain agency and client websites. β€’ Apply SEO strategies to boost organic search performance. β€’ Collaborate with developers for advanced features and troubleshooting. β€’ Track, report and offer insights on performance using Google Analytics. Metrics & Analysis: β€’ Measure, track, and analyze digital and social metrics for the agency and clients. β€’ Compile snapshot, monthly, quarterly, and annual account reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. β€’ Use data to drive decision-making and optimize digital marketing strategies. Strategic Insight: β€’ Provide strategic insight and recommendations as well as participate in meetings where appropriate. β€’ Prepare, participate in, and deliver presentations internally as needed. β€’ Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media. Required Experience/Certifications: Candidates must have demonstrated experience and/or certification in the following platforms: β€’ Google Ads β€’ Google Analytics β€’ Google Tag Manager β€’ Meta Business Suite and Ad Manager β€’ LinkedIn Campaign Manager β€’ Conversion Tracking β€’ HubSpot β€’ WordPress Additional requirements: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. β€’ 3-5 years of applicable experience with proven abilities in digital marketing and social media management. β€’ Able to work in office, Little Rock, Arkansas 3 days a week, remotely 2 days a week. β€’ A strong work ethic with attention to detail and superb organization and time-management skills. β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify, SquareSpace, Wix, Constant Contact, etc. β€’ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible with changing priorities. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
