The Role
Frank & Eileen is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support both upper-funnel and lower-funnel paid content efforts with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices. This role will assist with our paid media efforts, both international and domestic, including but not limited to Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and display ads. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, experience within paid media and a clear understanding of the paid media atmosphere. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
β’ Responsible for collecting and deploying all content to external partners for use in paid digital marketing.
β’ Management of Airtable cards/G-drive folders, communication with external partners, and coordination with internal creative team.
β’ Track the content that performs best and ensure that the internal team has a firm understanding of best practices and what success looks like.
β’ Support the paid content workstreams by supporting the briefing process, sending products to content creators & tracking their orders.
β’ Ensure proper sign off on usage and clearly communicate usage timelines, as well as confirm follow through.
β’ Brief new content requirements to internal teams upon request; coordinate image refreshes as required such as new Performance Max assets and display ads.
β’ Drive campaigns by owning briefs & communications with content creators and external agencies.
β’ Participate in F&E photo + video content shoots to capture specific content to be used in paid channels.
β’ Regularly communicate with internal F&E teams on what paid campaigns are live.
β’ Own internal system with Customer Service team to research feedback from paid social campaigns.
β’ Some travel may be required.
β’ Ad hoc projects as needed.
Who You Are
β’ 1-2 years of paid media experience within one or more of the following platforms: Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, Youtube (bonus points for Youtube!) Brand experience preferred.
β’ Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, and Shopify.
β’ Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Looker (or similar), Airtable, and/or similar platforms.
β’ Experience collaborating with external agencies with ability to communicate effectively and optimize processes.
β’ Hands on experience with budget and invoice tracking.
β’ Experience on photo/video shoots as well as creating social content, a plus.
β’ Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment with both internal and external teams.
β’ Creative mindsight with ability to bring new content ideas with backed reasoning.
β’ Adaptable to work in a dynamic, often ambiguous environment.
