Are you a Digital Media Lead looking to join a well-known and loved retail brand, helping to drive their digital marketing output? This is a creative role where you will be owning channels such as PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic and Display. This is a full-time perm role with a salary of circa £32-£37k DOE. This role is hybrid and will be on-site 3 days per week in Redditch.

The Role
As Digital Media Lead, you will be working as part of the small digital marketing team and will have ownership for their paid channels: PPC, paid social, programmatic and display. You will be driving demand, building brand awareness and improving conversions. You will be working with creative, content and ecomm teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and optimised and will be responsible for looking at data and making insight-based recommendations. This role will involve some hands-on campaign delivery and also working with external digital agencies on delivery.
About You
• Experience working within retail, ecomm or consumer brand and a passion for brand
• Experience in owning paid channels, including PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic and Display and able to help shape strategy and lead on the planning and delivery, working with external agencies and internal teams
• Strong data mindset and able to look at campaign performance, making actionable recommendations based on data to improve performance
• Able to advise on audience segmentation and targeting and passionate about staying on top of digital trends and keeping up with competitor activity
• Supporting on the creation of high-performing landing pages, product ads and digital assets
• You will also have proven experience in project management and enjoy managing digital campaigns
• Experience in managing budgets across digital channels and optimising campaigns
• A passion for storytelling and bringing a brand to life through digital marketing
