Shaw Search Partners is proud to be the retained recruitment partner to a global hospitality digital marketing firm to identify a Digital Media Planner. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hotel marketing, and maximizing media investments for hotels and resorts. Utilizing best-in-class technology, branding, print, traditional ad campaigns, and content creation, they transform eCommerce for hotels, resorts, and destinations. Responsibilities • Develop and execute hotel-specific media strategies that align with revenue goals, guest acquisition, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Craft and oversee multi-channel media plans tailored for hotel segments, including Leisure, F&B, Spa, Golf, and Group Sales. • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and traveler behaviors to optimize campaign performance. • Lead the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns, ensuring performance aligns with hotel revenue and occupancy objectives. • Provide data-driven insights to refine strategies, enhance ROI, and adapt to evolving market conditions. • Recommend best practices for hotel marketing efficiencies, optimizing media investments and internal workflows. • Develop and deliver client presentations on media strategies, campaign performance, and ROI analysis, effectively communicating results to hotel owners, asset managers, and marketing teams. • Collaborate with accounting to manage hotel media budgets, approve vendor invoices, and ensure accurate reconciliation of media spends. • Stay ahead of hospitality marketing trends, hotel distribution shifts, and emerging media opportunities, sharing insights with leadership and clients. • Represent the agency at hotel industry conferences and events, strengthening relationships within the hospitality sector. Requirements • Extensive experience in hotel marketing, revenue management, or media for hotels. (Experience working with hotel brands, management companies, or ownership groups is highly preferred.) • CHDM and/or CRME certification (or equivalent hospitality marketing expertise). • Deep knowledge of hospitality-specific media platforms, including Expedia Travel Ads, TripAdvisor Sponsored Placement, Meta Search (DS Click), Google (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube), Microsoft (Bing), and social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Yelp). • Strong understanding of traditional and digital media channels and how they influence hotel bookings, brand awareness, and guest acquisition. • Proven ability to plan, sell, and optimize media budgets that align with hotel revenue goals. • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics to assess website traffic, booking trends, and e-commerce performance for hotels. • Confident presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging hotel executives, ownership groups, and marketing teams. • This is a hybrid role located in Ft.
