Job Summary
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join the Digital Strategy & Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy professional with deep experience in campaign tracking, analytics tagging, and platform integration. This role will focus on implementing and managing pixels and analytics tags to ensure accurate performance tracking of digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Tagging Implementation: Manage the deployment of campaign tracking pixels and analytics tags using Google Tag Manager and other relevant tools.
β’ Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Partner with Business Intelligence leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate reporting needs into measurable events and conversions.
β’ Custom Tracking Solutions: Design advanced tagging frameworks such as enhanced ecommerce, custom dimensions, and event tracking.
β’ QA & Troubleshooting: Ensure data accuracy through thorough testing and resolution of analytics implementation issues.
β’ Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with paid media, project management, web, and analytics teams to deliver seamless tracking integration.
β’ Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on analytics implementations, encouraging best practices and team-wide knowledge sharing.
β’ Project Management: Lead data-related projects and ensure timely delivery in alignment with business objectives.
β’ Data Management: Gather, clean, test, and validate data from various sources for pixel integrity and reporting reliability.
β’ Industry Trends: Stay current on BI tools, privacy regulations, and analytics advancements to ensure compliant and effective practices.
β’ Training & Support: Enable stakeholders to use platform data for dashboards, insights, and reporting.
Requirements
β’ Education: Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
β’ Experience: 5+ years in a web analytics role, focused on implementation, measurement strategy, and troubleshooting.
β’ Skills:
β’ Advanced expertise in Google Tag Manager.
β’ Familiarity with advertising platforms like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
β’ Intermediate understanding of JavaScript, JSON, and cookies in the context of tracking.
β’ Strong understanding of privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc.).
