Role description
This role supports the online growth of a multi-brand eCommerce business with products competing head-to-head with the likes of Dyson, Shark, and Samsung.
With £100M+ in annual revenue and a presence in over 15 countries, this is one of the most successful digital-first consumer businesses in Europe—owning multiple best-selling brands in the home, lifestyle, and personal care space.
The Digital Merchandising Manager will take full ownership of how products are presented and perform across web and marketplace platforms—making sure every click counts.
The Role
A hybrid of digital trading, SEO, content optimisation, and UX improvement. This role owns everything from listings and page layouts to testing and analytics—turning browsers into buyers and products into top-performers/
What You’ll Be Doing
• Writing and optimising product listings – titles, keywords, content, and images
• A/B testing layouts, call-to-actions, and features to improve conversion
• Leading small but high-impact UX initiatives – bundles, pre-orders, upsells
• Managing new product rollouts across websites and marketplaces
• Collaborating with design and marketing on campaign assets and onsite messaging
• Tracking performance via Google Analytics and Crazy Egg
• Supporting new marketplace launches – listing setup, research, and SEO
What They’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in online merchandising, content, or CRO
• Strong understanding of SEO and consumer behaviour
• Confident working with analytics and turning insight into action
• Comfortable juggling tasks across marketplaces and websites
• Proactive and detail-led, with a test-and-learn mindset
• Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams
