We’re seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Digital Merchandising Manager to take the lead in delivering exceptional digital performance for both our categories and brand partners in the Supplier Partner Programme.
In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of digital merchandising across all channels—translating insight into action and driving measurable growth. You’ll lead a high-performing team, influence stakeholders both within & outside of our organisation, helping your category & supplier brands stay ahead in a competitive, fast-moving market.
This is a role for someone with the confidence to make bold, data-led decisions, the resilience to adapt to changing priorities, and the commercial instinct to focus on what drives the biggest results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead the Digital Vision – Develop and deliver a clear, measurable strategy for your merchandising category, ensuring alignment with supplier strategies and business growth targets.
• Drive Performance – Use analytics, insights, and industry tools to optimise performance, improve KPIs, and increase supplier participation in the Supplier Partner Programme.
• Champion Insights – Embed a data-first culture, encouraging continuous improvement, testing, and learning to maximise results.
• Strengthen Collaboration – Work seamlessly with Commercial, Marketing, SEO, and Category teams to deliver relevant, engaging, and optimised content that drives traffic and conversion.
• Maximise Impact – Prioritise resources where they matter most, ensuring your team focuses on the highest-value opportunities.
• Deliver Excellence in Execution – Oversee flawless product launches, brand pages, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with third-party vendors.
• Stay Ahead of the Market – Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer experience innovations—sharing actionable insights to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead & Develop Talent – Inspire, coach, and guide your team to achieve clear goals, understand the bigger picture, and feel empowered to make an impact.

Technical Skills
• Proven experience in large B2B/B2C organisations with established Digital Merchandising practises.
• Strong command of digital tools like Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge, Google Trends, and CMS platforms.
• Deep understanding of digital merchandising KPIs, UX/CX optimisation, and performance levers.
• Skilled in interpreting data and insights to drive commercial outcomes and shape digital product roadmaps.
• Confident in presenting insights with strong story-telling skills, up to Senior Leadership level.
• Commercially astute decision-maker, able to prioritise in fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in forecasting & planning of digital metrics
