Digital Merchandising Program Manager - Global Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and execute programs that drive efficiency and scale across global channel marketing teams, resulting in improved business outcomes β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand experiences online, including merchandise presentation, category navigation, and product information for digital platforms β€’ Develop digital merchandising knowledge within the organization by creating playbooks and best practices that improve operational efficiency across the consumer experience β€’ Analyze performance data and consumer interaction with site content and online shopping experiences to identify areas for improvement and optimization β€’ Share learnings across channels and partners to drive continuous improvement and optimize multiple workstreams β€’ Coordinate and manage regular reviews of program performance with key internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement β€’ Identify opportunities for testing to improve digital merchandising programs and marketing messaging, and partner with creative and product marketing to execute β€’ Continuously research the ecommerce landscape and online competitors to identify category trends and growth opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them β€’ Collaborate with Regional Enablement, Channel Enablement, Channel Sales & Category, and Product Marketing to inform cross-functional teams and drive business results Minimum Qualifications: β€’ 5+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, category management, or marketing β€’ Experience driving online sales growth and process improvements β€’ Experience working in a rapidly evolving environment with ambiguous priorities β€’ Experience presenting to varied audiences β€’ Experience with asset management tools, digital assets, and online third party retail platforms β€’ Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships with merchandising, marketing, and business stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience in consumer electronics β€’ Experience with new technology or new products About Meta: Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
