Digital Merchandising Specialist
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Merchandising Specialist to help support our eCommerce team in maintaining and updating our online storefronts. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in digital merchandising for both B2B and D2C eCommerce channels. You will work closely with the Digital Commerce, Content, and Marketing teams to ensure products, promotions, and content are accurately displayed and updated on our website. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced digital commerce environment. You’ll learn from experienced professionals, work with leading eCommerce tools, and contribute to a growing business with a strong digital presence.
Primary Responsibilities
Product & Content Updates
• Assist with uploading and updating product listings, descriptions, images, and promotional or price rules.
• Help organize products into categories, collections, and seasonal groupings.
• Schedule and publish content updates such as banners, featured products, and promotional messages.
Campaign & Launch Support
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns by staging landing pages and product collections.
• Coordinate with the Content and Design teams to ensure assets are ready and uploaded on time.
• Follow Marketing calendars to ensure timely updates for promotions and product launches.
Inventory & Product Coordination
• Coordinate with Operations teams on product availability
• Assist with tagging and categorizing new products based on provided guidelines.
• Help maintain product accuracy and consistency across the site.
Reporting & QA
• Run basic reports on product performance and site activity using tools like Google Analytics or Power BI.
• Perform quality checks on product pages and site content to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Log and report any issues or bugs to the appropriate team members.
Tools & Platforms
• eCommerce & Merchandising: Magento, Algolia, Salsify, Yotpo
• Analytics & BI: Google Analytics, Adobe Business Intelligence, Microsoft Power BI, ContentSquare
• Project & Workflow: Jira, Confluence

What We’re Looking For
• 0-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field (internships or coursework welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new platforms.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Interest in digital commerce, merchandising, or marketing.
