Join our Team as a Digital Operations Analyst!
The Role
The Digital Operations Analyst II supports the execution and operational success of Toyota’s digital platforms: the MyToyota Portal and MyToyota Store. This role focuses on sales enablement, e-commerce customer onboarding, dealer training, campaign coordination, and frontline sales support—ensuring digital tools are effectively promoted, adopted, and integrated into dealer and customer workflows.
This role collaborates closely with internal product, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver high-quality training, coordinate campaign activities, resolve platform issues, and enhance the end-user experience across Toyota’s digital ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Enablement & Support
• Create and manage formal dealer training programs focused on digital sales and operational workflows
• Present digital offerings to targeted customers or dealers, when requested
• Support onboarding of e-commerce customers through the MyToyota Store platform
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer and internal sales inquiries
• Track basic platform adoption metrics; assist with status reporting
Online Sales & Promotions
• Coordinate seasonal promotions and digital sales campaigns with internal teams
• Manage product listings and merchandising within the MyToyota Store
• Ensure promotion materials are distributed and aligned with brand and product messaging
• Monitor campaign status and support post-campaign recaps
New E-Commerce Product Support
• Assist in coordinating new e-commerce product launches with internal stakeholders
• Maintain readiness checklists, training materials, and dealer communications
• Support internal alignment and help ensure materials are in place for successful launch execution
Operational Execution
• Maintain internal SOPs, playbooks, and reference materials
• Monitor online product catalog and inventory
• Identify minor workflow or communication improvements to enhance day-to-day execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with product, marketing, field sales, and customer support to ensure cohesive execution
• Build relationships with key dealer contacts and internal stakeholders
• Escalate platform issues or feature feedback to the appropriate teams for resolution
General Expectations
• Work under moderate guidance from team leads or management
• Travel up to 20% to dealer/customer sites or industry events as needed
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor Degree
• 3 - 5 + years of professional experience in B2B sales, digital commerce, or product management
• Sales and marketing acumen
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $65,440 - $83,895 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
