We are looking for a Full-Time Digital Paid-Media Manager -Social Media Managers Do NOT APPLY: This is not a Social Media/Organic-Content oriented position. This POSITION strictly requires skills and experience with PAID Digital Advertising platforms in the E-Commerce vertical. Job Type: Full-time (40 hours / week) BANG! Miami the beach is our stage where the show always must go on. We are looking to hire a skilled Digital Paid-Media Manager and Specialist to help manage, track, and optimize our digital advertising and PPC media channels to help achieve the growth goals for the brand. Position is full-time (40 hours / week). The Digital Paid-Media Manager works closely with and reports to the head of Marketing/Operations & Founder of the brand. Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and optimize a diversified paid-media channel strategy Execute strategy by setting up, managing, tracking, and optimizing paid digital media campaigns across Paid Social, PPC, Search and programmatic ad channels on multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google/YT, Bing, Pinterest, Reddit, Amazon, etc.) Work with Metaโ€™s first and third-party data, create and test custom audiences with help of the latest best-in-class technology and experiment with latest formats, video etc. Carefully analyze campaign performance and evaluate and interpret performance related KPIs for optimization Prepare clear reports with accurate insights and actionable next steps Analyze and recommend new creative & copy supported by qualitative and quantitative metrics Continuous monitoring, tracking, and ensuring of the quality control of campaigns Work with the E-Commerce manager to coordinate product feed management and maintenance for implementation of ongoing DPA campaigns Implement retargeting and prospecting campaigns. Perform A-B testing campaigns, identify hypothesis, measure, report, and advice on future implementation of those learnings. Responsible for keeping good-standing status of all accounts healths/compliance parameters and checks. Keep up with current online and digital paid media best practices to evaluate new improvements for the overall ad campaign strategies for the brand. Manage and maintain relationships with key vendors, platforms, and technology partners. Qualifications: 2-5 yearsโ€™ experience working on PPC and performance-based, direct response marketing and SEM / Paid Social Media campaigns or DTC brands. 2-5 yearsโ€™ experience with Solid knowledge of FB/IG Ads/Business Manager & Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok and other ad platforms, including retargeting ad platforms. Complete understanding of key performance indicators to strategically measure and track program success โ€“ agency experience preferred Understanding of marketing funnels and attribution analysis Experience with Google Analytics: knows the ins-and outs of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Experience working with SEO analytics and use of website tools and conversion tracking (UTM links), keyword research, competition analysis, etc. Experience working with product data feeds management. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications a plus Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus. BS or BA degree, Marketing, E-commerce, Computer Science, or Business-related fields Creative and analytical skills, complemented by the ability to take direction, learn/develop new skill sets, problem-solve, and take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail Highly organized with strong analytical and MS Excel skills Passion for and a constant eye on โ€œthe future of online mediaโ€ based on industry trends (digital innovation, customer level targeting, dynamic creative optimization, media consumption, e-commerce/retail level targeting capabilities) Fluency in English, bilingual Spanish a plus.
