Role description
Title Digital Experience Associate Location New York, NY Title: Associate, Digital Product The Associate, Digital Product reports to the Sr. Manager, Digital Product and supports in executing the digital product roadmap and enhancing overall site experience. This position plays a critical part in writing digital product requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and using data and customer feedback to inform product decisions. The Associate will support in both the website and the app in testing and validating new features, monitoring site performance, conducting competitive research, and support in the implementation of A/B tests. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset focused on delivering optimal digital experiences. What You’ll Be Responsible For: β€’ Support the Senior Digital Product Manager in defining and executing the product roadmap for site experience β€’ Assist in writing clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features, fixes and optimizations β€’ Partner with design and engineering teams to bring product concepts to life, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals β€’ Support in tracking, testing, and validating feature releases to ensure quality and expected functionality β€’ Use customer feedback, data, and industry insights to inform product decisions and prioritize improvements β€’ Support in defining, testing, and implementing A/B tests to validate user experiences before implementing broader rollouts β€’ Assist in search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, including crafting page headers, meta descriptions, and supporting keyword and phrase tracking to improve content visibility and performance. β€’ Conduct competitive market research to inform prioritization and identify opportunities for innovation β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Site Experience, Creative, Marketing, and Technology teams to gather, review, and prioritize requirements to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely delivery of roadmap initiatives β€’ Ensure business users have the necessary training and documentation required to efficiently manage new features Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For: β€’ 2-4 years of experience in product management, eCommerce, or a related field β€’ Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative, team-player mindset β€’ Detail-oriented with an ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment β€’ Curiosity and a passion for improving digital user experiences β€’ Self-motivated and eager to learn in the digital space β€’ Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Jira, or Adobe Analytics is a plus Benefits Vince offers a competitive benefits package designed to meet the unique needs of our team members.
