Description Digital Product Manager Location: 50 Amica Way. Lincoln, RI 02865 Department: Marketing, Communications & Growth About The Role We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to own and evolve our customer-facing digital experiences. This role will be responsible for driving delivery of new business revenue by implementing and refining a best-in-class digital quoting experience for prospective customers across our auto, home, life, and other lines of business, personalized to best meet the needs of a broad and growing customer base. Day-to-day, the Digital Product Manager will define and present strategic product roadmaps, identify and prioritize customer expectations, gain alignment with senior stakeholders, coach and support a team of product owners and their scrum teams, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital products. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, is a strong leader and mentor, is passionate about exceptional user experiences, thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and possesses a growth mindset. This role reports directly to the Managing Vice President of Digital Experience, and will serve as a member of the Digital Experience Extended Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap • Define and manage the digital product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives and customer needs. • Translate strategy into actionable product requirements and features, seeking novel approaches to generate alignment and drive innovation. • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and best-in-class digital experiences across other consumer industries, and emerging technologies. Execution & Delivery • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch to optimization. • Work within and improve our Agile environment: run discovery, craft PRDs, maintain scored backlogs, and encourage the use of AB testing to derisk • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. • Develop and maintain product backlogs, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria. • Drive A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance. Stakeholder Management & Communication • Act as a primary liaison between the Digital Experience team, business stakeholders, and technical partners. • Communicate product vision, progress, and results clearly to leadership and stakeholders. • Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of digital initiatives. Measurement & Optimization • Define success metrics and measure product performance against KPIs (conversion, engagement, satisfaction, retention). • Use data and insights to continuously improve digital experiences. • Ensure that accessibility, usability, and performance are embedded in all product releases. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. • 4–7 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on digital products or customer-facing platforms. • Proven experience managing digital experiences across web and/or mobile. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management tools (e.g., Jira), and prototyping tools (e.g., Lucid, Figma). • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics). • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
