Overview PepsiCo Data Product Management Overview: The Product Management team is tasked with articulation of the vision and leading the execution and implementation of PepsiCo’s next generation global Digital and Data infrastructure. The scope encompasses the full Strategy & Transformation agenda, leading all Digital and Data product roadmapped initiatives, and is intended to manifest as components of a Data/Digital platforms which enable all business functions at Global scale. The Next Gen Direct to Consumer (DTC) Product Manager will be a critical member of the global DTC Personalization at Scale (P@S) product management team. They own technical solution delivery and will work cross functionally with process, adoption, and strategy teams to deliver P@S products, capabilities, and analytics for local markets. The Product Manager will have to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business and ensure P@S’s Lifetime Value Platform (aka PepLoyalty) is positioned to drive optimal business value. This includes balancing the development of a global product vs. local market needs. This role will focus on driving the P@S Product agenda across existing lead markets as well as deploying solutions to new priority markets. The Global Data Products Manager will be the primary interface for day-to-day interaction between the Global P@S Product team and the cross-functional DTC leadership team (Services Design, Solution Architecture, D&AI:CDP, WSP, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product Success, and Transformation partners). As an integral part of our data product development function, this role will be focused on developing product roadmaps, maintaining the ADO tasks, backlog, and authoring and own product requirements for the Lifetime Value product. Added responsibility from L9: Will also be responsible for writing user journeys, creating wireframes, and developing UI requirements for full-stack engineering team. Given the complexities of developing global data products, and the priority placed on it by the business, this role will require a high degree of adroitness navigating and assessing markets of all sizes and crafting solutions that are scalable - all while keeping the projects on track. As a Global Data Products Manager, you will contribute to developing the strategy for PepsiCo’s global consumer data products, liaising with our internal stakeholders to gather product requirements, codify use cases, and track progress towards the roadmap. You will be the expert on PepsiCo’s global consumer data products and be intimate with the logistics of building the solutions. The ideal candidate will combine skills and experience in data products, project management, and product management to execute this role successfully. Responsibilities Digital Product Management & Design: • As a Product Manager within the Digital Products and Applications (DPA) organization, lead the design and execution of global digital products that support PepsiCo’s international business priorities. • Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories. • Partner closely with engineering to ensure the build aligns with requirements, meets acceptance criteria, and balances local market needs with global product strategy. • Contribute to solution architecture and product roadmap definition by collaborating across engineering, design, and business functions. • Serve as the subject matter expert for the assigned digital product(s), ensuring business context is clearly understood across teams. Added responsibility from L9: • Responsible for writing user journeys, creating wireframes, and defining UI/UX requirements for full-stack engineering teams. Partner with the Product Manager for Digital Architecture & Platforms to ensure solution alignment across related products. • Provide regular updates to transformation and market stakeholders, representing roadmap progress and upcoming releases in Market Ops Committee meetings. Project & Delivery Management: • Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage and communicate progress across features, epics, and releases. • Identify and manage delivery risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies. • Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to define business use cases and align on priorities. • Support development of compelling business cases and present key updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Product Lifecycle Ownership & Stakeholder Engagement: • Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation and development through to release and iteration. • Manage escalations from identification to resolution in partnership with engineering and business teams. • Use feedback, data, and analytics to drive product improvements and ongoing value delivery. • Build and maintain strong relationships with global and market-level stakeholders to ensure adoption and alignment. Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications • 5+ years of digital product management experience, including ownership of product strategy and roadmaps in a complex, cross-functional environment. • Demonstrated success building and launching consumer-facing digital products, ideally with engagement or loyalty features. • Experience leading product development from ideation through launch and iteration. • Strong familiarity with agile methodologies and working with multiple scrum teams in parallel. • Experience managing daily collaboration across engineering, design, and business stakeholders. • Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for backlog management and product tracking. • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, design, or technical discipline preferred.
