Role description

We are looking for a qualified Digital Product Manager to support our various sites, portals, and platforms across brands. This role will develop and drive the processes needed to iterate on existing platform capabilities and identify new opportunities to bring to the market. It will operate in a Magento framework which will include developing roadmaps for website functionality, interfacing clients & cross functional teams, planning and running demos, & monitoring & controlling product KPIs. This person will have a strategic mindset to foundationally organize the business to scale our various channels.
E-commerce Strategy & Execution
• Reporting to the Executive VP of Design, you will support the website by partnering with key stakeholders including sales, product strategy & development, marketing, IT, & creative to help define and determine the product vision and roadmap in the context of user needs, value propositions, and market opportunities across our main website.
• Sustain and maintain the main website and ensure it is functioning properly.
• Identify third party applications and vendors that are a good fit for the brand & experience or provide cost effective services that enhance the consumer journey.
• Manage any external agency to ensure they are delivering on time, on budget and meeting/exceeding deliverable quality.
• Recommend appropriate organizational, budgetary and resource changes as needed.
Roadmap Development & Website Management
• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable product roadmaps using existing data or consumer & sales insights where applicable.
• Develop & prioritize feature-based epics, stories, & define all story specifications that maximize brand positioning.
• Develop, document, and implement new processes to improve efficiency of site management, including bug management, and UAT.
• Support any platform/site/feature needs for SEO/search.
• Ensure execution of promotions and markdowns in partnership with merchandising team.
• Ensure all features are optimized across mobile and desktop.
• Utilize site analytics to understand overall health of the sites and lead changes as appropriate to meet site KPIs.
• Evolve product vision based on market conditions and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure alignment of product roadmaps to goals within the business & technology organizations.
• Own & maintain product backlogs including intake process.
• Work with customer service team to identify any chatbot updates needed.
• Assist with marketing updates as needed.

• You have skills in tracking and reporting on product launch metrics, utilizing feedback to drive associated actions and product iteration, as well as experience contributing to post-launch reviews and driving incorporation of feedback in future product releases
Experience:
• 5+ years of digital product management experience.
• Experience with Magento platform preferred.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence or other agile tools.
• Familiarity with Figma, CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Strong retail / DTC background preferred.
• Design/home organization familiarity a plus.
• Proven experience creating product roadmaps, writing user stories, and evaluating technical solutions to business problems.
• Demonstrable knowledge of UX best practices and implementations with ability to implement user-centric design and data-informed decision making.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external partners, work across disciplines, influence peers and senior leaders, while advocating for the best customer experience.
• Experience building and launching products in a highly matrixed organization.
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
