Role description
Digital Product Owner | Retail London (hybrid) £55,000 Our client is looking for a sharp, user-obsessed Product Owner to help them build richer, more personalised digital experiences for their customers. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how they use data, design, and technology to connect with customers in smarter, more meaningful ways. A bit about the role: • Manage personalisation rollouts across platforms, collaborating with UX, engineering, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. • Use data, customer insight, and business goals to make smart decisions about what to build - balancing customer impact with technical effort and ROI. • Write clear user stories, define requirements, and maintain a clean, prioritised backlog in Jira - ensuring the team is set up for fast, focused delivery. • Work closely with teams across the business to keep everyone aligned and moving in the right direction. • Support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and ongoing improvements to the team’s processes and rituals. • Use customer behaviour and performance insights to identify new opportunities, run experiments, and continuously improve the user journey. A bit about you • Solid experience as a Product Owner in eCommerce or DTC. • Familiarity with personalisation tools and strategies. • A strong sense of ownership and a genuine passion for creating customer-first experiences. • Data-driven and curious - you love asking “why,” diving into numbers, and finding practical ways to improve what already exists. • Comfortable in Agile environments, with a solid grasp of product development tools and processes. • Positive, proactive, and always ready to get stuck in - even when things move fast and change often.
