Compensation: $78,000-$105,000/Year + 10% Annual Performance Bonus
Position Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a strategic and customer-centric E-Commerce Digital Product Owner to support a global Fortune 250 retail client in Memphis, TN. This individual will lead the digital transformation of the online checkout process and order management system, optimizing the customer experience and driving conversion across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Experience Optimization: Enhance the online checkout journey to ensure a seamless and intuitive customer experience.
• Product Requirements & Use Cases: Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear product requirements and user stories.
• Payments & UI Alignment: Work closely with the payments team to ensure backend functionality supports front-end design.
• Conversion Funnel Insights: Identify and implement features that improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
• Roadmap & Backlog Management: Maintain a customer-focused product roadmap and prioritize backlog items aligned with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead delivery across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
• Success Metrics & Impact Analysis: Define KPIs, measure product performance, and communicate results to guide future prioritization.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful product delivery.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on emerging technologies and eCommerce trends to inform product strategy.
• Customer Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer behavior and inform roadmap decisions.
• Competitive & Market Analysis: Analyze usability, market trends, and competitor offerings to advocate for the customer and drive growth.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 3–5 years in digital product ownership or product management within the E-Commerce space.
• Proven ability to work across teams and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Nice to Haves:
• Retail or Supply Chain experience is a strong plus.
• Experience conducting and applying customer research insights to product development.
• Prior involvement in OMS digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
