Role description
Project Manager – Digital Product - 12 month FTC Location: Lancashire Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office / 2 days from home Salary: Up to £38,000 The Team You’ll be part of the Digital & Brand Experience function, working closely with a Product Manager, Assistant Product Manager, and testers, while also collaborating with offshore developers and business analysts. The Product Manager will retain overall ownership, but you’ll drive day-to-day delivery, ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders remain aligned. The Role As Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on coordinating the delivery of website and digital initiatives. These will range from enhancements and new features to analytics and tagging projects, as well as integrations across different business areas. A key focus will be supporting a large-scale replatforming project, moving into a modern composable infrastructure. Day-to-day, you’ll: • Oversee delivery of digital projects, working with both internal teams and offshore partners • Gather requirements and define clear project scopes • Support and coordinate testing to ensure quality and accuracy • Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies, keeping delivery on track • Act as the link between business stakeholders and development teams Your Skills & Experience • Minimum 2 years’ project management experience within an eCommerce or digital environment • Strong experience managing website projects, integrations, or digital initiatives • Confident working with external development agencies and internal stakeholders • Collaborative and proactive, with strong communication skills • Experience in eCommerce replatforming or digital transformation would be a bonus • Flexibility to support occasional early releases/out-of-hours work (minimal) What’s in it for you?
