Our stations include: KATM-FM, KHKK-FM/KDJK-FM, KWIN-FM/KWNN-FM, KHOP-FM, KJOY-FM, and KESP-AM. The cluster of 8 stations reaches thousands of listeners on a daily basis. Position Overview Digital Sales Strategist is the ideal role for a high caliber marketing professional with significant success in campaign management and fulfillment who is looking to join a growing digital business. As a Sales Support Specialist for our Digital Team, you will be responsible for managing the creation and successful implementation of campaign activities across a wide range of digital platforms. Responsibilities include optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple products and systems, processing digital sales orders, uploading creative, and monitoring programs to make sure campaigns are running properly. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities & Qualifications • Project Management: Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, including production execution and quality control • Manage daily campaign tasks through digital workflow tools and communication with sales team. • Order Entry: ensure that all orders have been entered and coded correctly in Cumulus’ order systems. Communicate new order needs or changes internally and with 3rd party digital vendors when necessary for proper fulfillment. • Campaign Reports: At month end and/or campaign end, run affidavits of performance for digital campaigns and aid reps in verbally communicating monthly campaign performance to the clients . • E-Commerce: ensure all e-commerce campaigns are successfully executed within the ‘Sweet Deals’ platform - from order entry to campaign set up / fulfillment • Monitor Campaigns to ensure all campaigns are hitting the promised impressions goals throughout campaign contracted length. Adjust priority levels as appropriate. Alert sales team of any anticipated problems. • Proficiency with various digital platforms and operation tools: Google Ads, Google Ad Network, Google Analytics, Meta, YouTube, Triton, Wide Orbit, Wappalyzer, HTML, Search Audit tools, etc. • Continuity with Visual Production: Ensure all digital ads are created to best practices and deadlines are met so the client campaigns run on schedule. • Maintain working knowledge of digital inventory: Understand the current and projected sellout levels of all streaming channels and station websites. • Fast Learner and Self Motivated • Experienced in Face to Face sales Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university • Two to three years related experience and/or training; Or equivalent combination of education and experience Pay Range USD $50,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
