Role description
The Role The Digital Specialist will support and lead digital strategies at ROOT3, execute the strategy in coordination with the ROOT3 team and client, and lead the implementation, integration, and administration of CRM services as well as digital advertising. The Digital Specialist will work closely with the Leadership Team to execute and report on the strategic objectives of each client. The Digital Specialist will report to the Vice President. How you’ll EMPOWER | FORWARD | OUTCOMES in your roles as Digital Specialist: Team Player & Rising Leader ·      Participates in onboarding new members of the team Serves as a mentor for Digital Coordinators, provides guidance and support ·      Contributes to ROOT3 culture and lives our values o  Helps create an environment where people love to come to work o  Creates positive outcomes for clients Day-to-Day Digital Support & Strategy • Builds and delivers the strategy for omnichannel digital experiences including SEO/SEM, paid social, display, etc. • Translates the strategy into a roadmap w/ defined milestone deliverables and essential data points to measure the impact. • Works closely with the client and accounts ensure alignment of strategy, key messages, goals, and overall experience • Uses a digital experience platform like databox to monitor and assess feedback, data, and analytics, to derive insights and improve and innovate the overall digital and audience experience • Evaluates channels according to metrics such as number of visitors, traffic sources, visitor demographics, session length, conversion rate, and more • Recommends UX enhancements and strategies to create seamless experiences and provides oversight and governance of UX across digital channels (web, social, email, virtual events) and journeys • Evaluates, tests, and adapts innovative approaches over time in response to market and technology advancements, business needs, and trends, both short-term and long-term - assessing emerging economic, societal and privacy impacts ·       Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies to serve plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests ·       Monitors current marketing trends, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies - and translates them into new ideas to be employed ·       Works with Leadership Team to manage SEO campaigns, build and deliver SEO strategies for clients and optimize as necessary Benefits: • Compensation is tied to work experience • 401k, health/dental/vision, PTO, disability/family planning
