As a Digital Support Executive, you will play a pivotal support role in enhancing our ecommerce sales strategies and customer engagement through improved digital assets, searchability and industry leading promotional offerings
As a Digital Support Executive your responsibilities are:
β’ Provide support in Digital Trade planning by ensuring that promotional space on our e-commerce platforms.
β’ Support with the development of monthly sales promotion packs for our sales representatives - ensuring they have the best promotions on-hand through digital & physical means.
β’ Supporting with implementation of our Ecommerce platforms, uploading assets and setting promotions live in accordance with the internal trade planner.
β’ Provide feedback to procurement teams on competitor promotional activities with support of the marketing insight team.
The ideal Digital Support Executive will:
β’ Able to work cohesively within teams, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and align with cross-functional partners.
β’ Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Knowledge of Google Analytics / AdWords would be an advantage but not a requirement.
β’ You must have excellent experience with the Microsoft Office Package (primarily Excel, Word and Outlook.
β’ Experience in SAP.
β’ Experience in marketing ideal but not required - providing you can demonstrate examples of how you are efficient with time and organisational skills
