This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join a fast-paced, business-forward group that advises high-profile clients in the technology, entertainment, consumer electronics, and digital health sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a range of technology transactions, including: • Drafting and negotiating agreements for software development, SaaS, technology licensing, and systems implementation. • Advising on matters related to content management, ad tech, FinTech, and digital media. • Supporting digital platform transactions, e-commerce, and monetization strategies. • Protecting intellectual property through licensing, distribution, and development agreements.
