About the role
Weβre looking for an immediately available interim Digital Trading Manager to join hush and support our ecommerce team while we recruit for the permanent role.
This is a critical, hands-on position for someone with strong ecommerce trading experience in the fashion or DTC retail space and Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is a must.
Youβll be responsible for optimising site performance, managing launches and promotions, and reacting quickly to trading trends. Working closely with cross-functional teams, youβll use data and commercial insight to drive conversion and revenue during a key trading period.
What youβll do
β’ Leading the day-to-day and weekly trading of the site, optimising performance across categories and channels
β’ Making swift, data-led decisions to maximise conversion and revenue
β’ Managing site launches, promotions, content, and daily trading actions
β’ Working cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, and Growth Marketing to drive commercial success
β’ Using tools like Content Square, GA, Fredhopper and Centra to improve the end-to-end customer journey
β’ Driving our international growth with clear ownership of new market performance
What youβll bring
β’ Proven experience in ecommerce trading or digital merchandising β ideally within the fashion industry or a DTC retail environment
β’ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or similar ecommerce platforms)
β’ Strong commercial mindset with excellent forecasting, analytical and trading skills
β’ Confident using data to drive decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels
β’ Customer-focused, with a passion for optimising the onsite journey and conversion funnel
β’ Familiarity with tools like GA, Content Square, Fredhopper, and A/B testing platforms
β’ A collaborative, low-ego team player who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment
β’ Line management or mentoring experience is a plus
