We are seeking a world-class Creative Strategist to drive growth and revenue through outstanding, high-converting ads.
The Role
As our full-time Creative Strategist, you’ll lead the creative process from research and ideation through to production and performance analysis. You will direct our editors and creators, craft high-converting scripts, and work closely with our media buyers to scale winning ads quickly.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and wants ownership of the entire creative pipeline.
Responsibilities
Research and Strategy: Analyze competitors, customer psychology, reviews, and market trends to uncover hidden desires and develop powerful creative angles.
Creative Direction: Write and structure direct response scripts for UGC, testimonials, and story-driven video ads that convert cold traffic into sales.
Brief Development: Produce clear, actionable briefs to guide actors and creators in delivering natural, high-performing content.
Actor and Creator Management: Provide filming instructions, direct A-roll and B-roll, and manage the collection of finished footage.
Collaboration: Work with editors to bring scripts to life and with media buyers to test and iterate quickly.
Performance Analysis: Track CTR, ROAS, thumb-stop rates, and other performance metrics to learn what works and why.
Continuous Optimization: Use insights to refine ads, test new concepts, and scale high-performing creatives.
Requirements:
• Must have worked for an 8–9 figure e-commerce brand or a top-tier creative agency.
• Minimum of 2 years writing direct-response video ad scripts.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and market research.
• Familiarity with Breakthrough Advertising concepts.
• Skilled in direct response copywriting, visual storytelling.
• Organised and able to manage scripts, footage, and handoffs cleanly.
• Performance-driven mindset with analytical ability to improve based on data.
• Thrives under pressure and enjoys fast iteration cycles.
• Detail oriented and able to finetine
