Position Summary Here at Nestlé Health Science, we are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join us, as a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Lead, reporting into the Head of Digital. In this role, you will transform our NHSc UK&I DTC ambition and strategy. You will be responsible for developing a best-in-class consumer experience, leveraging deep insights, and ensuring omnichannel integration and performance within the overall brand ecosystem. A day in the life of a DTC Lead… You will play a key role in driving our Digital ambition and shaping the future of our business. Your responsibilities will include: • DTC Strategy Development: Lead the evolution and implementation of the DTC strategy across the NHSc portfolio, defining a winning operating model that considers resources, capabilities, and portfolio specifics. • Website Management: Oversee the management of all Direct-to-Consumer websites, including Solgar, Vital Proteins, Garden of Life, and Pure, ensuring they consistently meet annual commercial targets and performance KPIs. • Transition Leadership: Manage the transition of DTC websites to local UK&I management, establishing a clear strategic long-term ambition and roadmap. • Collaboration & Orchestration: Work closely with local and global DTC teams to set NNS sales forecasts, manage supply planning, and oversee trading calendars. • Team Development: Build and develop a high-performing DTC team responsible for executing the strategy and day-to-day operations. • Consumer Experience: Deliver best-in-class brand experiences across all DTC platforms, driving integrated campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. • Data & Infrastructure: Develop a DTC data and infrastructure roadmap, optimising the integration of tech stack and improving functionality to enhance user experience. • Performance Optimisation: Foster a test-and-learn mindset, consistently evaluating and optimizing performance across DTC sites. • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships within NHSc UK&I and collaborate with external agencies to analyse the DTC landscape and optimise our value proposition. • Social Commerce Strategy: Lead the social commerce strategy and execution in collaboration with connected functions. What Will Make You Successful We are looking for an experienced Digital marketing and sales professional, ideally within eCommerce and DTC. You’ll have extensive experience across the Digital ecosystem including search, content, websites, CRM, channels and omini-channel platforms.You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You’ll also have: • Project and budget management experience. • Strong understanding of Digital marketing and sales, eCRM, conversion optimisation, and performance analytics. • Experience in managing multi-channel Ddigital projects with internal and external stakeholders. • Knowledge of Data and Analytics, with the ability to turn technical jargon into business-friendly language. • Familiarity with Google stack, including Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console, and Optimise. And finally, you will feel comfortable to challenge the status quo, have a real passion to learn and understand the importance of building positive relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. Coupled with this you will thrive in an environment that is often ambiguous understanding how to navigate yourself and stakeholders to positive solutions.
